摘    要:本文报道了鄱阳湖区血吸虫病易感地带进一步研究的结果,其中包括:1 通过野粪污染指数和感染螺季节性变化的调查,阐明了家畜在传播血吸虫病中的重要地位;2 通过急性感染发病地点的分析,提出了控制重点易感洲滩的流行病学意义;3 为有效控制易感洲滩,首次建立了“人畜上洲活动”和“洲滩螺情考察”关系型数据库;4 报告了灭螺和化疗两种对策控制易感地带的实际效果。并据此讨论了有关技术要点。

Abstract:This paper reported the results of a further study on high transmission areas of schisto-somiasis in Poyang Lake Region, it included adopting stepwise correcting cluster method to test and verify the reasonable criteriae for classification of susceptible marshlands using three parameters (infected snail density, snail density and the number of acute schistosomiasis) in this region during the period of 80's; investigating the action of humen and domestic animal in high transmission areas and setting up the relative data bank: finding out the relationship between acute schistosomiasis and susceptible marshlands and suggesting the important impact of "clearing" these areas for acute cases control: finding out the main infective sources of the disease in susceptible marshland were infested cattle and pigs: and researching the effect of two strategies-snail control and mass chemotherapy for eliminating infected snail density in marshland. According to the results mentioned above, we discussed the relative techniques for controlling reinfection of schistosomiasis in marshland and lake region
