| 摘 要： | 糖尿病性视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy,DR)是糖尿病最严重的微血管并发症之一,也是一种世界性的主要致盲眼病,近年来随着分子生物学方面的研究进展,对DR发病机制的认识进一步深入和完善,认为高血糖、多元醇-肌醇代谢异常、血液流变学改变、氧化应激、炎症/免疫系统活化、细胞因子/生长因子表达或活性改变等导致DR的发生发展。下面就生长因子及其相关因素与DR的关系作系统阐述。

| Abstract: | Diabetic retinopathy(DR)is one of the most serious microvessel complications of diabetes,it is a main cosmopolitan blindness disease.In recent years,with the molecular biology development,the recognition of the mechanism of DR is more profound and consummate.Most researchers consider that hyperglycaemia,polyalcohol inositol metabolism abnormality,changes of hemorrheology,oxidative stress,inflammation/immune system activation,cytokines/growth factors expression or activity change and so on result in DR's one... |
