摘    要:外伤性视神经病变(TON)是颌面部损伤后造成单侧或双侧视力受损的罕见临床并发症.对TON迄今尚无公认的金标准治疗方案,对治疗方式的选择及手术治疗时间窗仍存在争议.传统观点认为伤后立即丧失视力及伤后约1个月的未手术患者为手术禁忌.越来越的学者提出了不同的观点,其治疗方案仍存在严重分歧.现对近10年相关文献进行归纳总结,从...

Abstract:Traumatic optic neuropathy(TON)is a rare clinical complication of unilateral or bilateral visual impairment after maxillofacial injury.So far,there is no accepted gold standard treatment method for TON,and the treatment method and the time win?dow of surgical treatment are still controversial.The traditional view is that surgery is prohibited in patients who are blind immediate?ly after injury or who has not been operated on about 1 month after injury.Now more and more scholars have put forward different views,there are still serious differences in their treatment plans.This paper summarizes the relevant literature in recent 10 years,from the aspects of optic nerve anatomy,pathophysiology,diagnosis,treatment and so on,hoping to contribute to further clinical work and formulate the best treatment plan.
