| Abstract: | Colorectal surgeons have never stopped the exploration of anus-preserving surgery,only on the basis of“life-saving,function-preserving”in order to explore the issue of anus-preserving.Patients with rectal cancer have a strong and extensive need to preserve the anus.It would also be inhumane to remove the patient's anus indiscriminately for purely oncological safety reasons.There are many types of sphincter-preserving surgery,but only the intersphincter-internal or intersphincter-external ISR procedure can be described as ultra-low limit sphincter-preserving surgery.Robots have a special advantage in ISR surgery.In the future,they can accurately judge the distance of ISR surgery at the molecular level. |
