| 摘 要： | 1978年7月25日首例运用体外受精-胚胎移植技术（IVF—ET）而分娩的试管婴儿诞生，它为人类助孕技术的发展翻开新的篇章。此后，相继出现如：经腹腔精子与卵子移植技术（POST）、配子输卵管内移植技术（GIFT）、单精子卵细胞胞浆内注射（ICSI）、着床前遗传诊断技术（PDG）等衍生技术。这些技术的出现对体外受精-胚胎移植技术进行全面补充，使助孕技术更趋于完善。通过对此项技术及其衍生技术的回顾，会使人们更全面的了解此类技术并为其更健康地发展提供经验和启迪。

| Abstract: | On 25th July,1978, a test-tube baby from the first use of IVF-ET was born, which opened a new chapter for the development of ART for human beings. Thereafter, some derivative techniques such as POST, GIFT, ICSI and PDG, etc., emerged in succession, which were a comprehensive supple-ment to IVF-ET, and further perfected ART. With the review of this technique and its derivative tech-niques, people can more comprehensively understand the techniques and provide experience and enlighten-ment for its more healthy development. |
