针刺对去势雌性大鼠创伤后感染的影响

目的:探讨针刺对去势后雌性大鼠模型创伤后感染发生的影响.方法:采用6月龄Wistar雌性大鼠80只,结扎双侧子宫角后摘除卵巢,术后3个月将所有大鼠切断尾尖2～3cm,挤压断端造成局部瘀血.然后将大鼠随机分成针刺组和空白对照组,针刺组每日行针刺治疗1次,10次为1疗程,疗程间休息3天,共治疗2个疗程;空白对照组不给予任何治疗.最后检测所有大鼠尾部感染情况.结果:针刺组有1例尾部感染,感染率为2.5%;空白对照组有27例感染,感染率为67.5%,两组对比有显著性差异(P＜0.05).结论:针刺能够有效预防去势后雌性大鼠创伤后感染的发生.

Effect of acupuncutre on infection after injury in ovariectomized rats

Objective:To inverstigate the effect of acupuncture on infection after injury in ovariectomized rats.Method:Eighty Wistar female rats (6 month-old) were ovariectomized.After 3 months of operation,tail of the rats were cut for two or three centimcters,and the cutting part were pressed to bruise,there were no any anlibacterial medicine which were taken by all rats.Then the overiectomized rats were distributed randomly to control and acupuncture groups,the rats in acupuncture group received acupuncture therapy for two course.At last all rats were checked by watching the condition of infection of tail.Results:There was one rat in acupuncture group whose tail infected after injury,there were twenty seven rats in control group whose tail infected after injury,the rate of infection of the acupuncture group were less than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conculsion:The levels of cholesterol can increase significantly after the female rats were ovariectomized and acupuncture was effective way for preventing infection after injury in the ovariectomized rats.
