波前像差引导的LASIK后角膜后表面屈光力及后高度变化
摘    要:目的探讨波前像差引导的准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(laserinsitukeratomileusis,LASIK)后角膜后表面屈光力及后高度变化。方法对虹膜定位成功后行CustomvueTM波前像差引导的LASIK治疗近视患者154眼,按等效球镜分为低度(0.00~-3.00D,43眼)、中度(-3.25~-6.00D,75眼)、高度(-6.25~-9.00D,36眼)近视三组,采用眼前节全景仪分别测手术前、术后1、3、6个月角膜后表面屈光力及后高度值,并进行统计学分析比较。结果在低、中度近视组中,术后各时间段角膜后表面屈光力及后高度值与术前比较无明显改变(P>0.05);在高度近视组中,术后1、3个月时角膜后表面屈光力及后高度均较术前增加(P<0.05),术后6个月时这两项指标较术后1个月时下降但仍高于术前水平(P<0.05)。结论波前像差引导的LASIK手术不影响低、中度近视患者的角膜后表面屈光力及后高度,而在-6.25~-9.00D的近视患者中这两项指标可发生改变。

Dynamic changes of the curve and elevation of corneal posterior surface after wavefront-guided LASIK correction for myopia
Abstract:Objective To evaluate whether wavefront-guided LASIK has or no any effect on the curve and elevation of corneal posterior surface of myopia.Methods The 154 eyes of myopic patients who had treated with Custom vueTM wavefront-guided LASIK were involved in the study.They were divided into 3 groups according to the mean spherical equivalent:low myopia (from 0.00 to-3.00 D) in 43 eyes;moderate myopia (from-3.25 to-6.00 D) in 75 eyes;high myopia (from-6.25 to-9.00 D) in 36 eyes.The curve and elevation of corneal posterior surface of these patients were measured at the first month,the third month,the sixth month after surgery with Pentacam imaging system.Results In low myopia and moderate myopia,there were no significant differences in the curve and elevation of corneal posterior surface before and after surgery (P>0.05).In high myopia,the curve and elevation of corneal posterior surface were increased in 1-3 months after surgery (P<0.05),but they were decreased at the 6th months after surgery and higher than before surgery (P<0.05).Conclusion The wavefrontguided LASIK could increases the curve and elevation of corneal posterior surface of high myopia,but no significant effect has been found in low and moderate myopia.
