灯盏细辛注射液保护在体兔肺缺血再灌注损伤的研究

目的探讨灯盏细辛注射液对肺缺血再灌注损伤的影响。方法采用在体兔单肺原位缺血再灌注模型,将30只日本大耳兔随机均分为假手术组(S)、缺血/再灌注组(I/R)和灯盏细辛组(EB)。实验末测血浆SOD活力、MDA含量、肺湿干质量比和肺泡损伤数比值,观察肺超微结构变化。结果I/R组与S组相比,SOD活力下降(P<0.05),MDA含量、湿干质量比及肺泡损伤数比值增加(P均<0.01)。EB组与I/R组相比,SOD活力下降不明显,MDA含量、湿干质量比及肺泡损伤数比值下降(P均<0.01)。电镜显示I/R组有明显的肺超微结构损伤,而EB组损伤不明显。结论灯盏细辛注射液对肺缺血再灌注损伤有保护作用。

Study of the protection of erigeron breviscapus injection for ischemic/reperfusionai injury in vivo in rabbit

Objective It is to explore the effect of erigeron breviscapus injection on lung ischemic/reperfusional injury in rabbits.Methods 30 rabbits were made into single lung ischemic/reperfusional model in vivo and were randomly divided into three groups: sham group(S),ischemic/reperfusion group(I/R),erigeron breviscapus group(EB).Wet to dry weight rate(W/D),injured alveoli rate(IAR),Superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity and malondialdehyde(MDA) content in plasma were examined,and ultramicroscopic strucuture changes were observed at the end of experiment.Results The SOD activity of I/R group decreased and MDA content,W/D and injured alveoli rate increased compared with S group.Lower MDA content,W/D and IAR were found in EB group than that in I/R group.Electron microscope showed serious pulmonary ultramicroscopic structural injury occurred in I/R group,but no significant injury was found in IPC group.Conclusion The erigeron breviscapus injection can protect lung against ischemia/reperfusional injury
