| 摘 要： | 生殖细胞肿瘤是15～35岁男性最常见的恶性肿瘤.大多数患者可以治愈,但仍有少数患者死于该病.多项临床研究应用高剂量化疗联合自体外周血干细胞移植治疗复发或预后不良的男性生殖细胞肿瘤,以期提高疗效.本文综述高剂量化疗联合自体外周血干细胞移植治疗男性生殖细胞肿瘤的治疗、安全性及病例选择等方面的问题.

| Abstract: | Germ cell tumor is the most common tumor of male patients aged 15-35.Although most patients can be cured,outcome of some patients remains dismal.Studies have been taken to explore the role of high-dose chemotherapy combined with autologous haematopoietic stem cell transplantation in male patients with relapsed and/or high risk germ cell tumor.Here we review the efficacy,safety and other concern of this approach in this setting. |
