| 摘 要： | 目的 :评价多巴酚丁胺负荷超声心动图 (DSE)检测冠心病 (CAD)的价值。方法 :43例疑为冠心病患者行DSE检测 ,并进行心率、血压、心电图检测。结果 :本组患者经冠状动脉造影 (CAG)证实为 CAD者 2 5例 ,正常者 18例。DSE检测 CAD的敏感性、特异性和准确性分别为 80 %、83.3%和 81.4%。结论 :DSE检测冠心病安全、简便、准确。

Clinical study of dobutamine stress echocardiography in detecting coronary artery disease |

| Abstract: | To evalue dobutamine stress echocardirography(DSE) in detecting coronary artery disease(CAD).Methods: Forty-three patients underwent DSE at random order and monitor heart rate,blood presure and ECG at same time.Results:According the results of coronary artery angiography(CAG),they were devided into two group:CAD 25,normal 18.The sensivity,specificity and accuracy of DSE in detecting CAD were 80 %,83.3 % and 81.4 %.Conclusion: The value of DSE is safe,simple and accuracy in detecting CAD. |
