2006—2008年金华市区部分医院抗高血压药物应用分析

目的分析浙江省金华市区抗高血压药物的应用现状及发展趋势,为抗高血压药物的合理应用提供参考。方法采用限定日剂量（DDD）法,对金华市区部分医院2006年至2008年抗高血压药物的用药频度、销售金额进行统计分析。结果厄贝沙坦、氨氯地平、非洛地平位居2006年至2008年用药频度排序前3位;钙离子拮抗剂（CCB）、血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂（ARB）和血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂（ACEI）在用药频度和销售金额方面均居前3位。结论抗高血压药物销售金额快速增长,CCB、ARB和ACEI占抗高血压药物市场的主导地位。

Analysis of Antihypertensives Used in Partial Hospitals of Jinhua between 2006 and 2008

Objective To evaluate the present status and tendency of the application of the antihypertensives in Jinhua urban district to provide reference for their rational use.Methods The frequency and transaction sum of antihypertensives in partial hospitals of Jinhua between 2006 and 2008 were analyzed by the defined daily dose （DDD） analysis.Results Irbesartan,amlodipine,felodipine occupied the first 3 places in sorting of DDDs from 2006 to 2008;calcium channel blockers（CCB）,angiotensinⅡreceptor blockers（ARB） and angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors（ACEI） placed the top 3 in the frequency of drug use and sales.Conclusion The antihypertensive drug sales is growing rapidly,CCB,ARB and ACEI dominate the market of antihypertensive drugs of Jinhua.
