中药结合化疗及热疗改善晚期胃癌生存质量临床观察

目的观察中药结合化疗及热疗对晚期胃癌患者生存质量的改善情况。方法 将120例晚期胃癌患者随机分为3组,化疗组40例予单纯化疗治疗,化疗加热疗组40例予化疗加热疗治疗,中药结合化疗及热疗组40例予中药结合化疗及热疗联合治疗。21 d为1个疗程,3组均治疗2个疗程后观察临床疗效,进行KPS评分、体质量指数(BM I)及EORTC QLQ-C30生存质量核心量表评价。结果化疗加热疗组疾病控制率较化疗组高(P0.05);中药结合化疗及热疗组有效(RR)率、疾病控制率均较化疗组、化疗加热疗组高(P0.01)。中药结合化疗及热疗组治疗后KPS评分、BM I均较化疗组、化疗加热疗组升高(P0.05)。化疗加热疗组治疗后疼痛评分较本组治疗前降低(P0.05),中药结合化疗及热疗组治疗后恶心、呕吐、疼痛、食欲丧失、疲倦评分均较本组治疗前降低(P0.05)。中药结合化疗及热疗组治疗后恶心、呕吐、疼痛、食欲丧失、疲倦评分均较化疗组、化疗加热疗组降低(P0.01)。结论中药结合化疗及热疗能明显提高晚期胃癌患者生存质量,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation of quality of life in patients with gastric carcinoma treated by combination of tradition Chinese medicine, chemotherapy and hyperthermia treatment

Objective To observe the quality of life in patients with gastric carcinoma treated by combination of tradition Chinese medicine,chemotherapy and hyperthermia treatment.Methods 120 eligible patients were randomly divided into three groups.Patients in chemotherapy group were treated by only chemotherapy,40 cases in chemotherapy plus hyperthermia group were treated by chemotherapy plus hyperthermia treatment.Patients in treatment group were treated by combination of tradition Chinese medicine,chemotherapy and hyperthermia treatment.The course was 21 days in three groups.After two cycles the quality of life,KPS,BMI,EORTC QLQ-C30 were observed.Results The disease control rate,KPS and BMI in treatment group was higher than that in chemotherapy group and chemotherapy plus hyperthermia group（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）.Pain score in treatment group was lower than that in other two groups（P〈0.05）.Side effect（including nausea,emesis,pain,loss of appetite and languor） in treatment group were decreased in comparison with before treatment（P〈0.05）.Improvement of side effect in treatment group was superior to that in other two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine plus chemotherapy,and hyperthermia can significantly enhance patient quality of life,and worthy of clinical application on advanced gastric carcinoma.
