外剥内扎注射加扩肛术治疗环状混合痔脱出的临床观察

目的 探讨环状混合痔脱出的合理、有效、经济治疗方案.方法 随机将环状混合痔脱出165例分为治疗组、对照组.治疗组采用外剥内扎注射加扩肛术、半闭锁缝合术等综合治疗.对照组采用传统的外剥内扎术,观察术后的恢复情况及并发症.结果 在治疗时间,术后疼痛,尿潴留,肛缘水肿,肛门狭窄等方面治疗组优于对照组.结论 外剥内扎注射加扩肛术、半闭锁缝合术等综合治疗优于传统的外剥内扎术,是基层医院治疗环状混合痔脱出较理想的术式.

Cullical observation of treatment about circular mixed hemorrhoid prolapsus by milligan-morgan injection with anal dilatation

Objective In order to investigate the reasonable,effective and economical treatment in circular mixed hemorrhoid prolapsus.Methods We observe 165 patients with circular mixed hemorrhoid prolapsus who were divided into two groups:treatment group and control group.To observe the recovery situation and complication after treatment,we adopt milligan-morgan with anal dilatation and semi-closure and suture in treatment group,traditional milligan-morgan in control group.Results The result shows that the treatment group is better than control group in these aspects of ache after operation,uroschesis,perianal edema and anal stenosis.Conclusion So it is easy to see that the combined treatment of milligan-moran with anal dilatation and semi-closure and suture is better than tradi-tional milligan-moran,it's also the ideal operation to treat circular mixed hemorrhoid prolapsus in the grass-roots hospitals.
