摘 要: | 目的:观察原发性高血压患者血压变异性对肾功能损害的影响。方法:对86例轻中度原发性高血压患者按24h收缩压血压变异性均值递增顺序分为EH1组(43例)和EH2组(43例)。进行24h动态血压监测和24h尿微量清蛋白及肾功能生化测定,观察并比较患者血压变异性对肾功能损伤的影响。结果:两组患者血压变异性有非常显著性差异(P〈0.01);24h、日间、夜间收缩压和舒张压的血压平均值比较无显著性差异(P〉0.05);24h尿微量清蛋白有非常显著性差异(P〈0.01)。除了日间收缩压血压变异性与尿蛋白无明显相关性外,其余时间收缩压和舒张压血压变异性与尿蛋白的分泌均呈正相关。EH1组与EH2组血肌酐、血尿素氮比较无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。结论:原发性高血压患者血压变异性与高血压性肾脏损伤密切相关。

Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the association between blood pressure variability and renal function injury in the patients with essential hypertension. Methods:86 cases of patients with mild to moderate essential hypertension were divided into EH1 group (43 cases) and EH2 group (43 cases) based on the mean variability of 24 h systolic blood pressure in ascending order. 24 h ambulatory blood pressure,quantitative of 24 h urine microalbumin and renal function determination were recorded. Results:The blood pressure variability of two groups has a significant difference (P〈0.01),mean SBP and DBP of 24 h,daytime,night-time were no statistical significance (P〉0.05),the quantitative of 24 h urine microalbumin of two groups were significant difference (P〈0.01),the SBP and DBP blood pressure variability were positive correlation with 24 h urine microalbumin except the daytime blood pressure variability. Serum creatine (Scr) and serum BUN of two groups were no significant difference(P〉0.05). Conclusion:Blood pressure variability is closely related with hypertensive renal injury in the patients with essential hypertension. |
