八宝颗粒质量标准研究

摘    要:目的建立八宝颗粒的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对其中的人参、黄芪、山楂进行了定性鉴别,并采用薄层扫描法对黄芪中的黄芪甲苷进行了含量测定。结果鉴别项下的阴性对照无干扰,专属性强;黄芪甲苷的线性范围为1.03~6.15μg(r=0.9994),平均回收率为98.11%,RSD为3.98%(n=5)。结论本法灵敏、简便,准确,可用作本制剂的质量标准。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To establish the quality standard of Babao Particles. METHODS Ginseng, Astragalus and Hawthorn were dentified by TLC, Astragaloside was determined by TLCS. RESULTS the linear range of Astragaloside was between 1.03-6.15μg( r =0. 9994)and it was a good relationship with the peak area,the average recovery rate was 98. 11% and RSD was 3. 98 % ( n = 5). CONCLUSION The methods is simple, accurate with good reproducibility and it can be used for the quality control of Babao Particles.
