| 摘 要： | 目的：建立肝泰胶囊中的五味子甲素的含量测定方法。方法：采用反相高效液相色谱法进行分离测定。C18为固定相，甲醇－水（75：25）为流动相，检测波长250nm。结果：加样回收率为100．56％，RSD为1．02％（n＝6）；3批样品五味子甲素含量分别为0．12％，0．11％，0．11％。结论：此方法快速、简便，可作为该药质量控制方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish a determination method for deoxyschizandrin in traditional Chinese drug Gantai capsule. Methods:HPLC was developed for the determination, with the conditions of C18 as regular phase, methanol-water (75∶25) as mobile phase and detection wavelength at 250 nm. Results:The mean recovery of 100.56% (RSD 1.02%) for deoxyschizandrin was obtained the contents of deoxyschizanolrin in three batches sample were 0.12%, 0.11%, 0.11% respectively. Conclusion:The method was quick, accurate, and can be used for quality control. |
