| 摘 要： | 目的:观察针刺相关穴位治疗酒渣鼻的临床疗效.方法:43例酒渣鼻患者,随机分为2组,治疗组22例,对照组21例.治疗组给予选取相关的穴位进行针刺,配合西药替硝唑治疗,10天为1个疗程,一般1～2个疗程;对照组仅予西药替硝唑治疗,服法及疗程同治疗组.结果:治疗组总有效率为86.4%,对照组总有效率为33.3%(P＜0.01),治疗组改善酒渣鼻临床症状优于对照组.结论:针刺治疗酒渣鼻有较好疗效.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of the treatment of rosacea with acupuncture.Method43cases of rosacea were randomly divided into two group s.22cases were treatment group.21c ases were control group.The cases of treatment group have been acupunctu red some points with taking the tinid azole for one or two periods(10days as one period),and the cases of control group only h ave been taking tinidazole Result The total effective rate of treatmen t group was 86.4%and the total effecti ve rate of control group was 33.3%(P<0.01).The effect of tosacea in treatment group was superior to that of the cont rol in dinical effect.Conclusion Acupuncturing some points to treat r osacea might be better than that of the other. |
