| 摘 要： | 为探讨 p5 3蛋白在乳腺癌中的表达以及组织微阵列技术在临床病理中的应用 ,利用组织微阵列技术应用免疫组织化学的方法检测 p5 3蛋白在乳腺癌中的表达。结果显示 ,p5 3蛋白在乳腺癌的发生发展中充当重要角色 ,组织微阵列技术适合大规模的临床标本筛查和大样本病例研究。

| Abstract: | Our aim is to discuss the expression of p53 in breast cancer and the application of tissue microarray technique in clinical pathology. Immunohistochemistry method and tissue microarray technique were used to study the expression of p53 in breast cancer. p53 protein hold an important role in the occurrenc and development of breast cancer, tissue microarray technique suits the large scale screening of clinical specimens and the study of the big samples. |
