| 摘 要： | 吞咽障碍是颅脑外伤后常见的症状之一，发生率高达70%，亦是颅脑外伤预后的独立危险因素，严重者可引起患者窒息、噎食。早期有效的康复护理可以促进颅脑术后吞咽障碍患者吞咽功能的康复。作者通过对颅脑外伤术后吞咽障碍的早期识别、吞咽功能训练、K点刺激联合吞咽摄食管理的临床使用情况及研究进展进行综述，为颅脑外伤术后吞咽障碍患者探索最佳康复护理提供参考。

| Abstract: | Dysphagia is one of the most common symptoms after craniocerebral trauma with the incidence of 70%, which is the independent risk factor for the prognosis of craniocerebral trauma causing asphyxia and choke. Effective rehabilitation nursing at early stage can promote the rehabilitation of deglutition in patients with deglutition disorder after craniocerebral surgery. The research progresses on identification of deglutition disorder after craniocerebral trauma, swallowing function training and the clinical application of k-point stimulation will be reviewed in this article, which provides reference for the nursing of patients with deglutition disorder after the operation of craniocerebral trauma. |
