浙江省高职护理专业教师科技能力影响因素与提升策略

摘    要:目的 了解高职院校护理专业教师科技服务能力状况及影响因素,研究提出对策。方法 2019年6月至2019年8月,制定调研表,内容包括教师科技能力影响因素与提升策略,按照整群抽样办法从衢州职业技术学院医学院、宁波卫生职业技术学院、金华职业技术学院这三所高职院校护理专业教师中抽出98名教师进行问卷调查,同时对其2016—2018年科技服务成果状况进行回顾性比较分析。结果 发放98份问卷,回收有效问卷98份;影响科研能力提升的主要因素有科研培训、科研水平、科研团队、政策机制、科研氛围、项目指导、科技特派员数量少;专利总数、厅级及以上基金项目数、论文总数和核心论文总数4项逐年增加,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但核心论文数是呈逐年下降趋势;技术服务到款额、省部级及以上基金项目数、一级论文数3项3年差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论 建议需从加大培训力度、加大护理学科项目研究指导、强化护理专业教师企业科技特派员工作、强化护理科研团队建设、优化政策激励机制等方面提升高职护理专业教师服务地方经济建设的科研能力。

Influence factors and promotion strategies of science ability of nursing teachers in higher vocational colleges of Zhejiang Province

Abstract:Objective To explore the status and influence factors of scientific and technological service abilities of nursing teachers in higher vocational colleges, and put forward countermeasures. Methods A questionnaire was designed, which included the influence factors and promotion strategies of teachers" scientific and technological abilities. Totally 98 teachers from Quzhou College of Technology, Ningbo Health Vocational and Technical College and Jinhua Polytechnic were selected for the survey according to the cluster sampling. And a retrospective analysis of scientific achievements from 2016 to 2018 was performed. Results Ninety-eight questionnaires were sent out, and 98 valid questionnaires were recovered. The main factors affecting the promotion of scientific research ability included scientific research training, scientific research level, scientific research team, policy mechanism, scientific research atmosphere, project guidance, and less commissioner. The total number of patents, the number of department-level and above fund projects, the total number of papers, and the total number of core papers increased year by year significantly (P<0.05). However, the number of core papers showed a downward trend year by year. There were no significant differences in the amount of technical services, the number of provincial and ministerial projects, and the number of first-level papers for three years(P>0.05).Conclusions It is suggested that the scientific and technological service abilities of nursing teachers in higher vocational colleges should be improved by strengthening the training and of researches. Furthermore, the work of scientific and technical commissioners, the construction of nursing research team and the incentive mechanism should be enhanced as well.
