| 摘 要： | 随着人口的老龄化,痴呆已成为严重威胁老年人健康与生活质量的重大疾病。轻度认知功能损害(MCI)的患者是发展为痴呆的高危人群,因此开展MCI的早期诊断和治疗具有非常重要意义。低成本、高特异性和敏感性的生物标志物、神经影像学诊断方式以及找到防止MCI患者认知功能进一步下降的有效疗法一直是MCI的研究重点。本综述主要针对近几年MCI诊断及治疗的最新进展进行分析和总结。

| Abstract: | As the population ages, dementia has become a major disease posing serious threaten to the health and quality of life of the elderly. The patients with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) are at high risk of developing dementia; therefore, early diagnosis and treatment of MCI are of great significance. MCI research has been mainly focused on low cost, biomarkers with high specificity and high sensitivity, neuroimaging diagnostic methods, and effective ways to prevent further decline in cognitive function.This review, accordingly, summarized the latest progress in MCI diagnosis and treatment in recent years. |
