3 M自粘弹力绷带用于皮肤癌全厚皮片移植术下肢供皮区伤口包扎的临床观察

摘    要:目的 探讨3 M自粘弹力绷带在皮肤癌全厚皮片移植术下肢供皮区包扎中的应用。方法 选择2018年11月至2019年11月在中国医学科学院皮肤病医院行皮肤癌植皮术患者92例,随机分为对照组和观察组,均为46例。术后下肢供皮区对照组采用普通宽绷带包扎,观察组采用3 M自粘弹力绷带加压包扎。观察比较两组患者的供皮区伤口包扎固定时间、伤口渗血、伤口疼痛、满意度等情况。结果 观察组患者下肢供皮区伤口包扎固定时间、伤口渗血、伤口疼痛情况优于对照组,满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 皮肤癌植皮术下肢供皮区采用3 M自粘弹力绷带加压包扎,延长了固定时间,减少伤口渗血,缓解伤口疼痛,提高了患者满意度。

Clinical observation of 3 M self-adhesive elastic bandage on the wound dressing in donor area of lower extremity in skin cancer patients with total thickness skin graft

Abstract:Objective To investigate the application of 3 M self-adhesive elastic bandage in skin cancer transplantation. Methods Ninety-two patients who underwent skin cancer grafting in Dermatology Hospital of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences from November 2018 to November 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 46 cases in each group. After operation, the lower extremity skin donor areas of the patients in control group were bandaged with ordinary wide bandage. And the patients in observation group were bandaged with 3 M self-adhesive elastic bandage. The fixed time of dressing, bleeding, pain and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The patients in the observation group had longer time of fixed dressing and more wound bleeding and wound pain in lower extremity skin donor area compared to the patients in control group. And the satisfaction was higher than that in the control group significantly (P<0.05). Conclusions 3 M self-adhesive elastic bandage can be used to compress the lower limb skin donor area during skin grafting for skin cancer, which prolongs the fixation, reduces the bleeding of the wound, and relieves the pain of the wound, which improves the patients" satisfaction.
