摘    要:采用超临界CO2流体萃取法与蒸馏法提取青蒿挥发油,用GC-MS分析比较其挥发油成分。其中二联苯甲烷(diphenylene-Methane)、苯基-1-萘胺(Phenyl-1-naphthylamine)等成分系首次从该植物中发现。

Abstract:Essential oils from Artemisia annul L. were extracted with CO2 supercritical fluid and steam distilation. The essential oils were analyzed and contrasted by GC-MS. 114 components were identified by computer index. The rate of total components by supercritical CO2 fluid extraction and steam distillation were 81.24% and 85.75% respectively. Some of them such as diphenylene-Methane, Phenyl-1-naphthy-lamine were discovered from the plant for the first time.
