| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨育龄妇女弓形虫感染的危险因素,为育龄妇女弓形虫感染的防治措施提供依据。方法:采用病例对照研究以问卷的方式对230例弓形虫感染的育龄妇女配比资料进行单因素与多因素logistic分析。结果:无洗手习惯、涮肉习惯、菜板生熟不分、肉类熟饪程度不够、农村居民和喜食烧烤,是育龄妇女弓形虫感染的危险因素。结论:育龄妇女弓形虫感染与多种因素有关,行为因素、生活习惯的干预作用不容忽视。

| Abstract: | To probe the risk factors of toxoplasma infection in women at childbearing age and to provide the basis for the disease control.Methods:Data were collected by questionnaire,The risk factors of toxoplasma infection in 230 women at chidbearing age were analysed by conditional logistic regression.Results:The risk factors of toxoplasma infection were related to the habit of washing hand,eating scald meat,using chopping block,degree of meat processed,living in countryside and eating food which were burned and roasted.Conclusion:The toxoplasma infection in women at childbearing age is related to many risk factors,the interference of behavioral factors and living habits should not be ignored. |
