| 摘 要： | 目的：了解男性建筑业工人口学特点及艾滋病知识、态度和行为，为制定针对该人群的艾滋病防制措施提供依据。方法：现况调查。结果：被调查的男性建筑业工年龄中位数为36岁，以在婚、初中文化程度及省外流动人口为主。对艾滋病相关知识知晓率为45．21％。对商业性和临时性性行为赞成率分别为34．70％和48．40％。近一年内商业性和临时性性行为发生率分别为9．59％和5．48％，在商业性性行为和临时性性行为中每次均使用安全套率分别为76．19％和8．33％。结论：男性建筑业工存在文化水平较低、艾滋病防治知识缺乏、性观念开放、非婚性行为及安全套使用率低等感染HIV的危险因素，应加大对该人群的健康教育和行为干预。
