| 摘 要： | 目的总结颅内动脉瘤显微外科手术治疗的经验。方法回顾分析显微外科手术治疗颅内动脉瘤的临床资料，手术方式与术后转归。结果21例颅内动脉瘤中瘤颈夹闭20例．动脉瘤壁包裹1例；恢复良好18例，轻残1例，重残1例。死亡1例。结论精细的显微外科操作．充分开放脑池，术中载瘤动脉的临时阻断是手术成功的关键，可减少手术的致残率和死亡率。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the microsurgical treatment of intracranial aneurysms. Methods The data of 21 patients with intracranial aneurysms were retrospectively analyzed. Results 20 cases were operated on by occlusion of aneurysm neck, and 1 by wrapping the wall. 18 patients got well recovered, 1 slightly disabled, 1 severely disabled and 1 died. Conclusion The key to the successful microsurgery is to block aneurysm artery and open cerebral cistern as well as the temporary blockage of aneurysm arteries, which can decrease death rate and disability. |
