滨海新区无偿献血者体格检查不合格情况分析

目的:对滨海新区街头无偿献血者体格检查不合格情况进行分析,以确保自愿无偿献血者的身体健康和临床用血安全。方法:对我站2006年至2007年街头1号采血车无偿献血者无偿献血登记情况进行调查,并对其不合格情况进行统计分析。结果:献血登记者共9973例,其中不合格838例,体格检查总不合格率为8.4%。体格检查不合格的原因诸多,如血压异常、ALT偏高、HBsAg阳性及影响献血的其他有关情况如饮食、睡眠等。结论:严格执行《献血者健康检查标准》,做好献血前体格检查,不仅可以确保献血员身体健康和受血者安全,又可降低血液报废率,提高街头采血质量。
