摘    要:目的建立一种葛根汤颗粒中盐酸麻黄碱和盐酸伪麻黄碱含量的测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,以极性乙醚连接苯基键合硅胶为填充剂,以甲醇-0.092%磷酸溶液(含0.04%三乙胺和0.02%二正丁胺)(1.5∶98.5)为流动相,检测波长为210 nm。结果在该色谱条件下,盐酸麻黄碱、盐酸伪麻黄碱的线性范围分别为:4.0881.6μg·mL-1(r=0.999 9)与4.181.6μg·mL-1(r=0.999 9)与4.182μg·mL-1(r=0.999 9),平均回收率分别为98.8%、98.5%。结论该方法简单、准确、重现性好,可作为葛根汤颗粒中盐酸麻黄碱和盐酸伪麻黄碱的含量测定方法。

Abstract:Objective To establish a method for the content determination of ephedrine bydrochloride and pseudo- ephedrine hydrochloride in Gegentang Granules. Methods The HPLC analysis was carried out on polar ether connected phenyl bonded silica gel analytical column with methanol -0. 092% phosphoric acid (containing 0. 04% trietbylamine and 0. 02% di - n - butylamine) ( 1.5:98.5 ) as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was at 210 nm. Results The liner ran- ges of ephedrine hydroehloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride were 4. 08 - 81.6 μg .mL - 1 and 4. 1 - 82 μ.g . mL-1. The average recoveries of ephedrine hydroehloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride were respectively 98.8% and 98.5%. Conclusion The method was simple, accurate and reproducible, and it can be used for the determination of ephedrine bydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride in Gegentang Granules.
