2009～2011年四川省县级及以下医疗机构科研现状分析

目的通过调查分析2009～2011年四川省县级及以下医疗机构科研现状，为基层医疗机构的科研管理提供科学依据。方法利用统一调查表调查四川省106家县级及以下医疗机构科研项目和论文发表情况，并进行统计分析。结果四川省基层医疗机构科研质量总体在上升，但科研成果数量少，层次较低，发展极不均衡。结论通过特色专科的建立，以需求为导向引进适宜设备和技术，发挥自身优势，找准科研切入点，从而促进高水平科研成果的产出，提高四川省县级及以下医疗机构整体科研水平。

Scientific research status of medical institutions at the county level and below in Sichuan province during2009 -2011

Objective To provide the reference for science research management of primary medical institutions through stud- ying scientific research situation at county levels and below in Sichuan province from 2009 to 2011. Methods The situation of research projects and published papers were statistically analyzed by using a uniform questionnaire in 106 county and below medical institutions of Sichuan province. Results There was an increasing trend of scientific quality in primary medical institutions of Siehuan Province. However, quantities and qualities of research achievement were low and development was extremely unbalanced. Condusion High level research achievements could be generated and integral research level could be improved at county and below medical institutions if specialty clinics were established, appropriate equipment and technology were introduced, its own advantages were given full play and research entry point was identified.
