循证医学与临床营养

循证医学,即遵循当前最佳临床证据的医学。其以临床流行病学、系统评价和卫生技术评估为三大技术支柱,强调在临床实践中使用高质量临床证据。临床营养是重要的医学分支,其“证据”观点的引入始于20世纪80年代晚期,并随循证医学的发展,在实践中越来越多地运用其理念和方法。迄今,Cochrane图书馆已收录1435篇有关临床营养的临床试验。我国的临床营养实践和研究与国外尚有差距,引入和运用循证医学将有助于提高其水平。

Evidence-based medicine and clinical nutrition

Evidence based medicine(EBM),the medical science in compliance with the g ood clinical evidence,has boomed since its inception.Availing of three major t echnologies of clinical epidemiology(CE),systematic reviews (SRs)and health technology assessment (HTA),it emphasizes that clinical practice should be b ased on the high-quality clinical evidence.Clinical nutrition(CN)is an import ant medical field.The introduction of concept of evidence into clinical nutri tion was started in the late1980' s.Along with the development of EBM,cli nical practice of CN has increasingly applied with the principles of EBM.Now, 1435clinical trials related to CN have been identified in the Cochrane Libra ry.Of Sichuan University,there still exists the gap in both research and prac tice of CN between China and the developed countries.The introduction and imple mentation of EBM into CN will be preferable to its improvement.The preparation of the Cooperating Group of Clinical Nutrition of the Chinese Cochrane Center by Clinical Nutrition Center of Peking Union Medical College Hospital and West Chi na Hospital of Sichuan University will be a good attempt.
