癫痫儿童认知问题的调查分析

目的探讨癫痫患儿的认知功能改变。方法对48例癫痫患儿及50名健康学龄儿童进行韦氏儿童智力量表(WISC-CR)、注意力测验(划消测验CPT),比较两组间各项心理行为指标的差异。结果癫痫组患儿nQ、VIQ、PIQ及WISC 10个成分测验的量表分均较对照组显著减低(P<0.01);病例组CPT正确数明显低于对照组,而CPT错误率明显高于对照组(P均<0.01)。结论癫痫患儿存在明显的认知功能损害,且损害涉及智能系统的多个方面。而认知功能中的注意力障碍值得给予特别的关注。

Investigation and Analysis on Cognitive Problems in Epileptic Children

Objective To Explore the changes on cognition of epilepsy-suffered children.Methods The cognitive scores on 48 epilepsy-suffered children and 50 normal children were monitored with Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children(WISC) and Continuous Performance Test (CPT).The changes on intelligence,attention and behavior of epilepsy-suffered children were analyzed by the assayed scores.Results The scores of the ability in full-scale intelligence quotient,vocabulary intelligence quotient,performance intelligence quotient and each measuring scale in epilepsy-suffered children were all significantly lower than those in the normal children(P<0.01).The scores of CPT were significantly difference between two groups.The correct number of Epileptic Children were lower than that of normal children,and the Err Percentage of Epileptic Children were higher than those of normal children (P<0.01,respectively).Conclusion The cognitive impact may be substantial,and a multitude of effects at Intelligence may be found in children with epileps.The attention deficit in these patients is worth to explore.
