| 摘 要： | 应用1988年国家计划生育委员会组织的全国2‰生育节育抽样调查资料,对全国自然流产率水平及影响因素进行流行病学研究分析。1976～1985年期间全国总自然流产率3.6%。自然流产率随结婚年龄和生育年龄增加、怀孕次数增加、文化程度增高而增高。月经初潮年龄高,自然流产率低。城市妇女自然流产率高于农村。

| Abstract: | The spontaneous abortion rote(SAR)and affecting factors were analyzed epidemiologically,andthe data was collected from the survey about fertility and contraception which was carried out over thecounty by Family Planning Committee of China in 1988.SAR in China was 3.6%.It was showedthat there existed positive relaionship between the SAR for childbearing women and the women's age atmarriage and at delivery or women's menarchial age,history of spontaneous agortion,higher order ofpregnancy,higher education,and that SAR for the urban area was higher than that for the ruralarea. |
