超声检查在健康体检中的现实意义

目的通过对高校教职工定期体检的超声检查结果进行分析,探讨超声检查在定期体检中的价值。方法对某农业大学进行健康体检的2870名教职工进行体检,检查部位肝脏、胆囊、胰腺、脾脏、双肾,采用常规腹部检查法,对腹腔各脏器进行多切面扫查。结果①脂肪肝、胆囊结石、胆囊息肉样病变、肾结石、肾囊肿的检出率都比较高。②脂肪肝、肝囊肿、肾囊肿、胆囊息肉样变不同年龄组之间存在差异。③脂肪肝、胆囊息肉样病变和肾结石男女检出率比较,有显著性差异。结论①超声检查结合病史对绝大多数病例可做出正确诊断,在健康体检中应列为常规检查项目。②超声检查在体检中能及时发现疾病,早期诊治以提高健康人群的健康水平。

Importance of Ultrasouond in Health Check

Objective To discuss the value of ultrasonic diagnosis in health examination,the staff in one university were examined with ultrasound instrument regularly,then the results of the examination were analyzed.Methods Using color Doppler ultrasonic diagnostic equipment EUB-555,2870 employees were examined in an agricultural university in conventional ways on abdominal multi-section scanning.The organs in everybody were checked including the liver,gallbladder,pancreas,spleen,kidney.Results ①Some diseases incidences were high obviously,including adiposis hepatica,gallstone,polypoid lesion of gallbladder,kidney stone,cyst of kidney.②Compared with the incidence of each group in various years old,there were significant differences,in the diseases of adiposis hepatica,hepatica cyst,kidney cyst,polypoid lesion of gallbladder.③Between the male and female patients,there were significant differences in some disease incidence,such as adiposis hepatica,polypoid lesion of gallbladder and kidney stone.Conclusion ①By the ultrasonic diagnosis,the majority of the cases can be diagnosed correctly,combined with patients history,and this kind of diagnose method can be a routine examination in health examination.②Using ultrasound examination in health check,disease can be diagnosed in time,and the level of the health can be improved during the early periods of the disease.
