| 摘 要： | 公立医院是实现医疗服务公益性的重要载体。该院将发展高层次医疗技术与支持基层医疗卫生相结合，建立规范化诊疗流程与改善医疗服务质量相结合，提供指导性医疗技术与开展慈善惠民活动相结合，突发性卫生事件应急处置与创造良好社会效益相结合，在公立医院公益性方面做了诸多探索。
