糖肾康对实验性大鼠ET-1、TNF-α、 IL-6等的影响

摘    要:糖尿病肾病(DN)是糖尿病(DM)最常见的微血管并发症,为DM主要死亡原因之一。把DN的病机概括为“奇恒柔弱,内热熏蒸,伤津耗气,血稠液浓,蓄浊失精。在治疗上立益气养阴,温阳益肾,祛瘀化浊之法。药物采用寒温并用,拟糖肾康方,疗效满意。研究选择小剂量链脲佐菌素(STZ)多次注射并加喂高脂饲料方法建立DM模型。根据模型动物动态变化过程观察模型大鼠的肾损情况、肾损时点及糖肾康对实验性大鼠6酮前列环素/血栓素2(6-Keto-PGF1a/TXB2)、肾组织丙二醛(MDA)、内皮素-1(ET-1)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-a(TNF-a)的影响,以揭示糖肾康对DN作用的部分机理。

Abstract:Diabetic nephropathy(DM)is the most common complication of diabetic mellitus(DM)in micrangium and is the most important cause of death of DM. The pathogenesis of DN is the weakness of the extraordinary organs,torrefaction of the inner heat,deficiency of both qi and jin,blood stasis and phlegm condensation,accumulation of turbid substance and losing of vital energy. So the principle of treating method should be benefiting qi and yin,warming yang and nurturing kidney,eliminating the stasis and turbid substance. The recipe tangshenkang with cold and warm herbs has satisfying clinic curative effects. We choose big mouse to found the model of DM with the injection of STZ of small dose and several times together with feeding them the food of high lipid. On the basis of the changes of the model we observe the impairment of kidney with the time and the effects of tangshenkang on 6-Keto-PGE 1a /TXB 2,MDA,ET-1,IL-6 and TNF-a so that we can explain parts of how tangguankang affects DN.
