绵阳市2011年食品污染物监测结果分析

目的:了解绵阳市食品中铅、镉、汞、铬、铝、无机砷和农药的污染现状,为制定合理有效的控制措施提供科学依据。方法:从绵阳市、梓潼县、盐亭县、平武县、三台县、安县各类超市、农贸市场、饮食店采集(购买)食品样品,按食品卫生检验方法进行检测。结果:共检测食品样210份,163份合格,合格率77.62%。检测的43类食品23项中,除铬全部合格外,铅、镉、汞、铝、无机砷、农药均有样品不合格。结论:绵阳市食品中无机砷、铝和农药污染程度偏高,相关部门应采取针对性措施,提高食品安全性,保障人民群众健康。

Analysis on contamination monitoring result of food in Mianyang in 2011

Objective:To understand the pollution status of lead,cadmium,mercury,chromium,aluminum,inorganic arsenic and pesticide residues in food and provide scientific bases for instituting effective measures to ensure the safety of public.Methods: Food samples were collected or purchased from supermarket and farm′s markets in Mianyang,Zhitong,Yanting,Pingwu,Santai and Anxian.All the samples were detected according to the methods of food hygienic inspection.Results: 210 food samples were detected,163 samples were qualified with the qualification rate of 77.62%.Chromium item was qualified in all samples,the unqualified items were lead,cadmium,mercury,aluminum,inorganic arsenic and pesticide residues in some samples among 23 tested indexes in 43 kinds of foods.Conclusion: The pollution levels of inorganic arsenic,aluminum and pesticides were high in food of Mianyang city.The departments concerned should take measures to reduce the contamination for protecting the public health.
