老年慢性肾脏病中CRP检测与肾功能的关系

摘    要:目的探讨C-反应蛋白(C—reactive protein,CRP)在老年慢性。肾脏病(CKD)的血清表达水平及对肾功能的影响。方法选择我院2008年7月~2011年6月的106例CKD患者作为观察组,选择同期的健康人98例作为对照组,检测两组患者的血清CRP、血清肌酐(SCr)浓度。结果血循环中CRP在慢性肾脏病中均较健康对照组明显升高,随着肾功能衰竭的加重有逐渐升高的趋势,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论循环中增高的C-反应蛋白(CRP)可能通过刺激肾小管上皮细胞外基质合成分泌增多,从而促进CKD肾功能的恶化,因此CRP的检测可以作为老年慢性肾脏病损伤程度的一个指标,为肾脏损伤的治疗提供可靠的依据。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of C-reactive protein(CRP) on progression of chironic kidney disease(CKD).Methods During July 2008 to June 2011 that our hospital choose 106 case of CKD patients,select the same period of 98 cases of healthy individuals as control group,patients in detecting renal glomerular filtration rate(GFR) were detected in serum of patients with CRP,serum creatinine(Scr) levels.Results CRP in the blood circulation in chronic kidney disease was significantly higher than those of healthy control group,they had been on the rise with the increase of renal failure,the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion The increasing of circulating C-reactive protein(CRP) may stimulate renal tubular epithelial cells by extracellular matrix synthesis and secretion increased,thereby contributing to the deterioration of renal function in CKD,the detection of CRP in elderly patients with chronic kidney disease as an indicator of the degree of injury,the kidney treatment of injuries to provide a reliable basis.
