| 摘 要： | 蛋白质组学为寄生虫学的研究提供了新的研究手段。本就蛋白质组学研究的主要技术(双向电泳、生物质谱技术、图象分析、生物信息学等)和内容，及其在寄生虫学研究中的现状和应用(新药物靶、新药物的发现、疫苗候选分子的寻找等)作了综述。

| Abstract: | Proteomics offers new means for the research of parasitology. The key technologies of proteomics research, including two-dimensional gel electrophoresis, biological mass spectrometry, image analysis, bioimformatics, the major contents and the potential applications of proteomics in the discovery of drug and vaccine are reviewed. |
