涎腺肿瘤患者血清中肺腺癌相关抗原KA-93的研究

目的　研究涎腺肿瘤病人血清中肺腺癌相关抗原KA - 93的含量。方法　用鼠抗人单克隆抗体KM- 93采用改良SandwichELISA方法检测 2 5例涎腺良恶性肿瘤和 2 0例健康人血清中KA - 93的含量。结果　恶性肿瘤阳性率 5 0 % ,良性肿瘤 36 % ,恶性肿瘤与健康人组间差异显著 (P <0 .0 1) ,良恶性间无差异。 1例多形性腺瘤患者术后KA - 93含量降低 ,2例腺样囊性癌无改变。结论　涎腺恶性肿瘤患者血清中肺腺癌相关抗原KA - 93的含量明显高于健康对照但是该抗原不能用于涎腺肿瘤的鉴别 ,其在肿瘤疗效和预后检测方面的价值有待于进一步的研究。

The study of lung adenocarcinoma associated antigen KA-93 in sera of patients with salivary gland tumor

Objective To detect the level of lung adenocarcinoma-associated antigen KA-93 in the sera of the patients with salivary gla'nd tumor.Methods The modified Sandwich ELLSA was used with monoclonal antibody Km-93 to detect the sera level of KA-93 in 25 cases of salivary gland tumor and 20 healthy adults (controls).Results The positive rate was 50% malignant tumor in and 36% in benign.There was significant difference between malignant and healthy groups (P< 0.01 ) but no difference was found between benign and healthy groups.Decrease of KA-93 was found in one case with pleomophic adenoma after operation and no change in 2 cases with adenoid cystic carcinoma.Conclusion The level of KA-93 in serum of the patients with salivary gland tumor was significantly higher than that in the controls.It could not be used in the differentiation between malignant and benign salivary gland tumors but it might be a useful marker in monitoring the therapeutic effects and prognosis.
