多发性脑梗死患者血浆内皮素和一氧化氮含量变化及意义

摘    要:目的:观察多发性脑梗死后患者血浆内皮素(ET)和一氧化氮(NO)含量变化及意义。方法:用放射免疫法、硝酸还原法检测30例多发性脑梗死患者血浆ET、NO含量变化,并与30例单发性脑梗死、30例健康人血浆ET、NO含量作对照分析。结果:多发性脑梗死后6h、24h、3d及7d血浆ET、NO浓度较对照组明显升高,差异有显著性意义(P<0.001);多发性ET、NO浓度高于单发性(ET:98.85±13.1,83.50±11.2;NO:85.62±11.52,81.50±10.68),两者比较,P<0.05。结论:ET、NO均参与了脑梗死病理生理过程,ET、NO浓度变化可作为脑梗死临床治疗、判断预后的实验性指标之一。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the quantitative alteration of endothelin and nitric oxide in patients with unique or multiple cerebral infarction. Methods:The concentrations of endothelin (ET) and nitric oxide (NO) in plasm were measured in patients (n=130) with multiple cerebral infarction by radioimmunoassay and nitratereductase, and the results were compared with unique cerebral infarction (n=30) and health individuals (n=30). Results: The levels of ET、NO in the plasm of patients with cerebral infarction at 6h、24h、3d and 7d were higher than those of control (P<0.01), and those of patients with multiple cerebral infarction were higher than those of unique cerebral infarction ET(98.85±13.1,83.50±11.2);NO (85.62±11.52,81.50±10.68), P<0.05. Conclusion: Both ET and NO participate the pathological processes of cerebral infarction, and their high concentrations in plasm may play an important role in process of cerebral infarction.
