乳腺癌中血管内皮生长因子和抑癌基因p33ING1的表达及意义

摘    要:目的观察血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和抑癌基因p33ING1蛋白在乳腺癌组织中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测90例乳腺癌组织和癌周正常组织中VEGF和p33ING1的表达水平。结果VEGF在正常乳腺组织中表达率为44.4%,在乳腺癌组织中的表达率为91.1%,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),p33ING1在正常乳腺组织中表达率为94.4%,在乳腺癌组织中的表达率为63.3%,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。VEGF蛋白表达水平与乳腺癌TNM分期、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.01),p33ING1蛋白表达水平与乳腺癌肿瘤大小、TNM分期、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。结论VEGF与p33ING1的表达与乳腺癌发展有关,进行VEGF与p33ING1免疫组织化学法检测对判断乳腺癌生物学行为和预后具有参考价值。

Abstract:Objective To study the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and p33ING1 in breast carcinoma,and their relation to the clinicopathological features.Methods VEGF pro- tein and p33ING1 protein expression in 90 cases of human breast carcinoma tissues and normal tissues a- round the foci was detected by using immunohistochemical method.Results The overexpression rate of VEGF protein was 91.1% in breast carcinoma tissues,and 44.4% in normal tissues(P<0.01 ),while the overexpression rate of p33ING1 protein was 63.3% in breast carcinoma tissues,and 94.4% in normal tissues(P<0.01 ).The expression of VEGF was related to TNM stage and lymph node metastasis(P<0.01),and there was a close relationship between the expression of p33ING1 and tumor size,TNM stage and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion VEGF and p33ING are positively correlated with development of breast carcinoma,suggesting that detection of VEGF and p33ING1 may be of value in cal- culating the biological behaviors and the prognosis of breast carcinoma.
