| 摘 要： | 目的探讨建立大鼠异位脾脏移植的手术技巧。方法在原有大鼠异位脾脏移植模型基础上进行改良,主要包括原位灌洗供体脾脏后修剪、综合无血技术。结果共行大鼠异位脾脏移植40例,手术成功率为88%(35/40)。手术失败原因包括动脉吻合口出血、门静脉扭曲等。术后1周存活32例,剖腹检查证实血管通畅并移植脾存活25例(78% 25/32)。结论原位灌洗供体脾脏、综合无血技术等手术技巧能够提高供脾质量,稳定移植模型。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the surgical skills of establishment of heterotopic spleen transplantation.Methods Based on previous experience,modified surgical procedures were performed in- cluding perfusion of donor spleen in situ,comprehensive haemostasis techniques and other improvements. Results Forty cases of rat heterotopic spleen transplantation were performed with a successful rate of 88%.The causes responsible for surgical failures involved massive bleeding of artery anastomosis,twist of portal vein.etc.Thirty-two cases survived one week after transplantation,in which 25 cases were confirmed as successful via laparoscopy.Conclusion Modified surgical procedures helped to improve quality of do- nor spleen,to reduce operative complications and to prolong survival rate. |
