| 摘 要： | 目的研究帕罗西汀对癫痫后抑郁患者生活质量提高的疗效。方法对93例癫痫后抑郁的患者随机分成帕罗西汀治疗组（48例）和不使用帕罗西汀的对照组（45例）。两组患者均于治疗前、治疗4周、10周、24周由专人进行Beck抑郁问卷（BDI）测定及QOLIE-31量表测定。结果治疗组在治疗10周及24周，与对照组及治疗前相比较，均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论帕罗西汀对癫痫后抑郁有显著的疗效，明显提高癫痫后抑郁患者的生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of the quality of life defect of paroxetine in treatment of post-epilepsy depression.Methods 93 cadres transferred to civilian work were randomly investigated by paroxetine group (48 cases) and control group (45 cases).We estimated the curative effect with BDI TABLE and QOLIE-31 TABLE on prior treatment and after treated 4,10,24 weeks.Result The cadres transferred to civilian work were quite different after treated 10 weeks and 24 weeks (P <0.05).Conclusion It suggests that p... |
