根管治疗加窦道刮治在慢性瘘道型根尖周炎治疗中的疗效观察

目的观察采用根管治疗加窦道刮治对临床确诊为慢性窦道型根尖周炎患者的疗效，其目的是寻找一种能减少患者就诊次数，缩短治疗疗程，提高治愈率的方法。方法选择60例临床上确诊为慢性窦道型根尖周炎的患者并将其随机分为两组，A组（根管治疗组）30例、13组（根管治疗＋窦道刮治组）30例。对两组分别进行治疗并观察疗效。结果A组的总有效率为90％．B组总有效率为96％。两种治疗均有疗效，并且B组疗效优于A组。结论在临床上对慢性窦道型根尖周炎患者采用根管治疗加窦道刮治．可以有效地减少患者的就诊次数、缩短治疗疗程、提高治愈率。
