中西医结合治疗急性加重期慢性阻塞性肺疾病

目的分析中西医结合方法治疗急性加重期慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）的临床疗效及安全性。方法收治34例急性加重期COPD患者，根据患者症状采用解除支气管痉挛和祛痰药物，定时吸痰、呼吸机辅助呼吸等综合治劳。入院后根据痰培养结果选用抗生素。所有患者均服用宣肺益气、化痰通络中药汤荆。结果与治疗前比较，治疗后的肺功能、血气分析和症状评分均有显著改善，差异有统计学意义，且中药安全性良好。结论中西医结合方法治疗急性加重的COPD，肺功能、血气分析有较明显改善，有一定临床优势。
