| 摘 要： | 目的通过基体材料及表面处理材料、附加剂的类型及状态、真空采血管管内负压大小等影响血常规检测的因素．探讨影响其结果的准确性和可靠性以及对患者的诊断和治疗。方法通过使用真空采血管检测血常规，分析基体材料及表面处理材料、附加剂的类型及状态、真空采血管管内负压大小等各方面对检测结果的影响。结果基体材料及表面处理材料、附加剂的类型及状态、真空采血管管内负压大小等因素对检测结果的影响很大。结论正确选用真空采血管，把各方面影响因素对血常规检验的影响程度降到最低。
