| 摘 要： | 目的观察磁贴压耳穴治疗青少年轻度近视的临床疗效。方法将68例（118只患眼）青少年轻度近视眼患者随机分为治疗组（34例，60只患眼）和对照组（34例，58只患眼），对照组用复方托品酰胺滴眼液每晚睡前滴眼1次，治疗组在对照组基础上加用磁珠贴压耳穴眼、目1、目2、肝、脾、肾等治疗，8周后用国际标准视力表观察视力变化。结果磁贴压耳穴组治疗后视力提高明显，疗效优于对照组，两组总有效率分别为83．33％和62．07％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论磁珠耳穴贴压治疗青少年轻度近视有显著的临床疗效，且简便易行、经济实惠。
