| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胺碘酮联合门冬氨酸钾镁治疗阵发性室上速（PSVT）的临床效果。方法将我院PSVT患者62例随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组给予胺碘酮治疗，在此基础上观察组给予门冬氨酸钾镁联合治疗，评估两者治疗效果。结果观察组患者胺碘酮用量明显少于对照组（P〈0．05）；观察组患者心率转复时间明显短于对照组（P〈0．05）。观察组有效率为96．77％，对照组为77．42％，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组不良药物反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论胺碘酮联合门冬氨酸钾镁治疗PSVT的临床效果优于单纯应用胺碘酮。且无明显的毒副作用。
