普米克令舒联合可必特空气压缩泵雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘急性发作疗效观察

目的观察普米克令舒联合可必特空气压缩泵雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘急性发作的临床疗效。方法将100例支气管哮喘患者随机分成治疗组（60例）和对照组（40例）,两组均采用相同的综合治疗,给予安静休息,氧疗,控制呼吸道感染,止咳平喘,化痰,补充液体纠正酸碱平衡和电解质混乱等治疗。对照组加用氨茶碱0．25g静脉注射．一天一次,甲强龙40mg静脉注射,一天一次。治疗组：加用普米克令舒2ml,可必特2．5ml,空气压缩泵雾化吸入,每天两次。观察治疗4天内,两组患者喘憋,咳嗽,肺部哮鸣音变化情况及治疗过程中的不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率95％,对照组总有效率90．0％,治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）,治疗组无明显不良反应。结论在综合治疗的基础上加用普米克令舒联合可必特空气压缩泵雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘急性发作临床应用简便,有效,不良反应少,安全,值得临床推广应用。
