| 摘 要： | 目的了解医学生心理健康情况及心理健康与家庭环境的相关关系。方法采用整群随机抽样方法，抽取海南医学院本科的学生从大一到大五各一个班．共526人。采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）中文版来调查影响网络成瘾的心理因素，采用家庭环境量表中文版（FES—CV）来调查网络成瘾的家庭社会环境因素。结果调查的医学生SCL-90中的各因子中抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、精神病性高于全国常模，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01），而人际敏感低于全国常模，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；FES—CV中除了控制性与全国常模比较无统计学意义（P〉0．05）外，其它各因子与全国常模比较均有统计学意义（P〈0．01），矛盾性比全国常模较高．其它因子均比全国常模较低：ES—CV量表中的亲密度、组织性与SCL-90量表中各因子呈正相关，而矛盾性与SCL-90量表中的各因呈负相关：多重线性回归分析结果显示年纪、亲密度具有统计学意义。结论医学生的心理问题高于一般大学生．心理健康和家庭环境存在相关。
